These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover our products: BrightKidz Hub, ZadVest and Ramz each have their own terms where terms apply, and the Ramz apps are additionally governed by Google Play's terms.
1. What this site is
This is a company website. It describes who we are, what we have built, and what we offer to businesses. There are no accounts, no purchases and no user content on this domain. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.
2. Using the site
You may read, link to and share this site. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it automatically for anything other than ordinary search indexing, interfere with how it is served, or use it to send us unlawful, abusive or deceptive material. If you send us an enquiry, you confirm the information in it is yours to send.
3. Our content and other people's marks
The text, illustrations, code and design of this site belong to SANAD Technologies LLC unless stated otherwise. Quoting short passages with attribution is fine; reproducing pages or artwork is not, without our written permission.
Product names and marks shown here belong to their owners. “Google Play”, “Android” and “Google” are trademarks of Google LLC. Where we name a brokerage or other third party in a product description, that is descriptive and does not imply they endorse us or are affiliated with us. We make no registered-trademark claim in respect of the name “Ramz”.
4. No advice, and no warranty
Everything on this site is general information about our work. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or other professional advice; nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any kind. Descriptions of products that are not yet released describe our current intentions and may change.
The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will be available, accurate, complete or free of errors, and to the fullest extent the law allows we exclude all warranties, express or implied.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANAD Technologies LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Third-party links and products
Links to other sites — including our own products on their own domains, and app stores — are provided for convenience. Those sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Enquiries and proposals
If you send us a brief, an idea or a proposal, you keep whatever rights you have in it, and we will treat it as confidential so far as we reasonably can. Sending it does not create a contract, an engagement, or an obligation on either side. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement, and questions of ownership and confidentiality in client work are settled there rather than here.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction — unless the law where you live gives you a right you cannot waive, in which case that right stands.
