PRIVACY POLICY
sanadtech.us
This policy is about the website only. Our products have their own: the Ramz apps at /ramz/privacy and /ramz/care/privacy; BrightKidz Hub and ZadVest on their own domains.
The short version
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. It collects nothing while you read it. There is exactly one thing that sends us anything, and it is a button you press: Send it to SanadTech on the contact form transmits the five fields you filled in, and we store them so that we can reply. Everything else on that form — Download, Copy — stays on your device. Beyond that there is our web host's ordinary server log, and we say what that is below.
Changed 13 September 2026. Until that date this policy said the site collected nothing at all, and the contact form's Send button opened your own email app instead of sending anything itself. That was true of the old version and is not true of this one, so the sections below were rewritten rather than amended. If you sent us a brief before that date, it arrived as an ordinary email and is in our mailbox, not in the store described here.
What this site does
- No analytics or tracking. No visitor counting, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party requests. Every file the page loads — including its fonts — comes from this domain. Nothing on the page calls another company's server.
- No accounts, no payments. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy on this domain. We have no user records, so there is nothing here for a password to protect or for a breach to expose beyond the enquiries described below.
- Nothing is collected by reading. Visiting a page, opening the FAQ, switching the theme or typing into the contact form sends us nothing. One button does, and it says so next to itself.
-
Two small preferences, stored in your own browser.
If you switch the theme or pause the animations, that choice is saved
in your browser's local storage under
sanadtech-themeandsanadtech-motion-paused. They are read only by this site, on your device, and are never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes them. They are not tracking cookies and they identify nothing about you.
The contact form
The contact form helps you write a project brief. What you type stays in your browser while you type it — the page holds it, and nothing is transmitted as you go. Three buttons then do three different things, and only one of them involves us:
- Download the brief builds a printable document inside your browser and saves it to your device. Nothing is sent. The document is self-contained: it loads no font, style or image from anywhere, so it still looks right when you open it offline or forward it.
- Copy the brief instead puts the same brief on your clipboard as plain text. Nothing is sent.
- Send it to SanadTech transmits the brief to us. This is the one that leaves your device, and the rest of this section is about it.
What Send transmits, and what it does not
Exactly five things: your name, your company, your work email, which area of interest you picked from the list, and the text you wrote about what you would like to improve. Nothing else is added. We do not attach a visitor identifier, a cookie, a referrer, a fingerprint, or a record of which pages you looked at first — none of those exist on this site to attach.
To stop the form being abused, the service counts how many requests are arriving and from where. That counting happens in memory for a few minutes at a time and is not written down: your network address is not stored in the enquiry record and is not kept alongside it.
Where it is stored, and who can see it
In a Firestore database inside our own Google Cloud project, in the United States, in a collection used for nothing else. Google operates that infrastructure for us and therefore processes the data as our provider, under Google's privacy policy. The stored enquiries are readable only by us: there is no login on this site that could reach them, and the database rules deny every browser request outright, so the only way in is our own administrative access.
We use it to read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell it, share it with anyone, feed it to an advertising system, or use it to train a model. If you send a second brief from the same address it updates the same record rather than creating another one, and we keep both what you first wrote and what you wrote most recently — so a change of mind is visible to us rather than overwriting the original.
How long we keep it
For as long as we may need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We will be straight with you about the mechanism rather than quote a number we do not enforce: nothing deletes these records automatically. There is no expiry timer on the store, and a closed enquiry stays there until somebody removes it. If you would rather it did not, say so and we will delete it — see your rights below, which is a shorter route than it sounds.
If you write to hello@sanadtech.us directly instead, that is an ordinary email and it sits in our mailbox rather than in this store. Our mail is hosted by Google, which processes it under the same policy linked above, and the same undertakings apply: no list, no sharing, deletion on request.
The server log
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider — in our case Firebase Hosting, operated by Google LLC — and hosting providers keep a standard access log: the network address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's name. We do not add to that log, read it for anything other than keeping the site running, or combine it with anything else. It is held by Google under its own retention rules and privacy policy. If you want the site to know even less, a privacy-focused browser or network will hide your address from that log.
The service behind the Send button runs in the same Google project and its requests are logged the same way. We write our own line for each one so that a failure is never silent, and that line deliberately records only a reference to the enquiry — not your address, your name or your words, because a log file is the one place personal data ends up by accident.
Links to our products and to others
This site links to our own products — BrightKidz Hub, ZadVest, and Ramz — and occasionally to other companies' pages, such as Google Play. Once you follow a link, the other site's policy applies, not this one.
Children
This site is for adults and businesses. The only thing it can collect is a business enquiry somebody deliberately sends, and it asks for a company and a work email to do it. We are not seeking information from children and we have no reason to hold any; if a child has sent something through the form, write to us and we will delete it. BrightKidz Hub, our site for children, has its own policy on its own domain.
Your rights
Privacy laws in the European Union, the United Kingdom and several United States states give you rights over personal data an organisation holds about you: to know what is held, to get a copy, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Here that is short, because there is only one kind of record — an enquiry you sent us, either through the form or by email.
Write to privacy@sanadtech.us from the address you used, say what you want, and we will do it. We will tell you what we hold, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it — and we will confirm when it is done rather than leaving you to assume. If we hold nothing for your address we will say that too. We do not charge for this, and there is no account to close, because there was never one to open.
We have not appointed a data-protection officer or an EU/UK representative. That is a judgement about scale rather than a claim of exemption: one small store of business enquiries, no profiling, no automated decisions and no special-category data. If that ever changes, this policy will be rewritten before the change ships, not after.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it — and if the change is that the site started doing something new, we will say what, keep the superseded claim visible beside the correction, and not quietly edit the old sentence away. The note in the short version above is what that looks like.
